The springtime is my favorite time of the year! Longer daylight… warmer weather… so much of nature in full bloom… living in the South – am I (we) blessed or what?! And to top it all off, there is Easter – my favorite holiday! The Bible teaches that if Christ had not literally, bodily, risen from the grave that our faith would be meaningless and we would still be in our sins with no hope; but the good news is that Christ did arise and He is indeed alive!! This calls for nothing less than a MAJOR celebration every time we come together for worship…
